Cordelia and her brother, Rin, the Sea Prince, are rumored to be descendants of the late Oceanus, Titan of the Seven Seas. Even though Rin is a powerful warrior and current leader of the Harlinians in the Sea of Olympus – where The Seven’s primary underwater kingdom resides – Cordelia possesses very few qualities that lend herself to being a Harlinian of Royal Blood. She is passionate about keeping the peace between the Harlinians and the Landers (that’s what the Harlinians call those who live on land) of Olympus, while Rin seems to only consider the lives of creatures of the sea.

One night, Cordelia had a dream she was being pulled into a colossal dark hole of an object without the ability to escape, while the dark hole completely annihilated everything around her. She’d heard about the incident on Olympus with Asteria and the rumors which had spread of the content of the dead man’s dream. However, she noticed a shocking difference between her dream and the one interpreted by Asteria – Cordelia’s dream wasn’t floating in the Zero Galaxy outside of The Seven’s orbit. It was completely underwater and seemed to be directly on the other side of the Sea of Olympus.
