Odina was born in an ancient city of Sandscape, Orion Zi, where many Native Sandscapians are from. She was raised in the way of her ancestors, learning the magic of the sand and power of the sun. They believe that because of their native blood, the creatures of the sand won’t harm them. Ever since Odina was a young girl, she found herself easily communicating with the smaller creatures of the desert. Her parents thought she was possessed by demons and sent her to Uzka – the Sandscapian city primarily known for its study of dark magic – where a group of Sandscapian spellbinders took a liking to her and brought her in. They immediately found she was not demon possessed but had received the gift of nature sorcery. While nature sorcery is a well-known trait amongst other planets, it hasn’t been practiced on Sandscape for decades. Odina was one of the first nature sorceresses they’d seen in a long time, and she didn’t even know it yet.
