Persephone likes to think of herself as a misfit within The Seven. Even though others find her pretty with her blonde hair, golden eyes, and freckles, she has a lower, raspy voice and seems to roll her eyes at everything. She rarely clicks with anyone and seems to only enjoy the thrill of being close to death, which she found the perfect career for – piloting a spacecraft. While her grades were never great growing up, she studied hard in order to get into the Olympian Flight Crew Academy. Her parents were wealthy enough to afford it and were just glad she’d finally found something she was passionate about, so they paid for her to attend after she was accepted (barely scraping by with a B-). 

Once in the Olympian Flight Academy, everything in her changed. She was excited, adventurous, daring – none of the things she’d ever felt as a child. She even began to befriend a SubZeran named Theo, who she thought of as another misfit like her. She and Theo became close and shared many exciting adventures together over the course of the seven-year academy. She was pretty disheartened whenever Theo had to move back to SubZero to join the SubZero Ice Pilots, but she knew he would be able to truly make an impact on their smaller program. She also had a really good feeling they would meet again.
