Ignio X (pronounced “igg-nee-o-ex”). The creature of darkness. A breather of death and consumer of hope. The Ignio X is illustrated as growing up to 128 feet long with a wingspan ranging from 70-165 feet wide. Legend states that, when completely grown, it is the largest and most towering creature in all of The Seven. Ignio X is born of Ragarian blood and is rumored to have been Ragoraa’s external tool for mass destruction, while she used her own toxin to spread internal mass destruction. It is recorded in the Pantheon’s book, Ancient Creatures, Hidden Jewels, and Forbidden Magic,  “το πιο σκοτεινό δίδυμο που δημιούργησε την πιο σκοτεινή περίοδο σε όλη την ιστορία,” which translated means, “the darkest duo that created the darkest period in all of history.”

The Ignio X is primarily only ever talked about in the Kronos Pub – the Ragarian Pub just inside Black Crescent – whenever Ragarians get too drunk to keep their mouths shut about the legends of the galaxy. One recent evening, Scar was sitting at the pub’s countertop twiddling the straw in her drink when she overheard one of the Ragarian drunkards babbling on and on about his venture beyond the Sea of Skulls with a group of buddies. Scar was unamused while everyone was laughing obnoxiously. That is, until the rambler began sweating and taking bigger breaths in between each word. His babbling slowed to a whisper and all Scar could make out was, “I’ve heard some crazy horror stories…and…and, they might be true because I heard a sort of low hum, almost as if the surface was breathing. I mean maybe it really was–” before another drunkard at the table cut in shouting “IGNIOOOOOOO XXXX,” and the table burst out into laughter. Scar set her coins on the countertop, annoyed, then paid a glance at the table on her way out. The babbler wasn’t smiling. He seemed to be in some sort of lost daze, the black sheep of his giggling drunk friends. Was that blood beginning to drip from his left eye?
