Not many know the history or upbringing of this unmasked leader, nor do they dare to ask. Carrying the highest kill record in all The Seven Planets at 172, the Phonoi Commander is both the leader of the Ragarian Crawlers (Ragar’s army) and the creator of the Phonoi – the most elite and deadliest fighters in the Ragarian Crawlers. The only way to become a Phonoi is to carry two kills’ heads on spikes attached to their suit.  This is also how they are most easily recognizable. 

He reports only to Tyrannou and tends to be the reason the Queen of Olympus looks down on Ragar as a sort of dark and dismantled lost cause.
