“The Dealer” is all he is known by. He is often seen exiting the Kronos Pub’s backdoors with some of the highest-ranking Ragarian Officials – sometimes even Tryannou and Reagan III themselves. He rarely drives himself anywhere and seems to have at least four or five of his guys with him at all times. There are many rumors about him, where his wealth and power comes from, and how we got to Ragar, but no one really knows the truth about him. All they know is that he is feared, respected, has a devious agenda, and doesn’t make mistakes.
