Uen (pronounced “you-in”), the Vrykolakas. He is rumored to be born of a species dating back to the Titan Era, where Titans would train others to hunt living beings, injure them so they couldn’t move, then tell their masters where they lay injured. Their Titan masters would then have their pet creatures feast on whoever the Vrykolakas chose.

Over time, the Vrykolakas would have to make sure the blood was pure enough for their master’s creature so they weren’t poisoned, put under spells, or, worse, consumed by Ragoraa’s Toxin. In order to do this, the Vrykolakas would sharpen their teeth and sink them into their victim’s neck after injuring them to taste the blood and make sure it was pure. Rumors slowly began circulating that Vrykolakas, themselves, were monsters who took pleasure in sucking their victims’ blood. 

The species dwindled down over the millennia to become only a minority within the galaxy. Uen may be one of the last of his kind.
